Manager / Assistant Manager – Treasury & Capital Management

Job Duties:

• Assist to liease with banks and non-bank financial institutions in connection with the Group’s financing activities.
• Manage relationships with external parties, especially the commercial and investment banks, funds and investors to develop the corporate finance network;
• Liease with different departments in headoffice and group companies to assist to collect and prepare required information and data;
• Assist the design transaction structure, corporate financing proposals and presentations;
• Assist to handle financing activities initiatives for M&A, trade finance facility, structure financing, project finance related works to support our coal chemicals and other businesses including real estate and technology.
• Keep track of latest compliance requirements, rules and regulations in relation to corporate financing in China and Hong Kong.
• Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, finance, Business, Metallurgy, Chemistry or related aspects;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in sizeable commercial banks/financial institutions; sizable PRC corporation.
• Solid experience in handling corporate financing projects with proven track record of funding experience.
• Occasional travelling within China, and Asia Pacific is required.
• Fluency in English Language: Putonghua, Cantonese and English; and
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager – Treasury & Capital Management
