Job Description


Provide professional and high quality corporate secretarial services for a portfolio of local and international clients, including incorporating and managing corporate structures. This role will also manage a team, work with the Head of Department to streamline processes, increase revenue and productivity and enhance morale.


  • Overall control of the client portfolio of the team;
  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance and other statutory requirements that are relevant to fulfil our duties as company secretary;
  • Make sure that all advices given to clients are timely, of high quality and appropriate to the clients’ situation. Consult the team head and Head of the Department where appropriate;
  • Identify new products for the business;
  • Monitor, plan and follow up on the status of billing, cash flow and debt recovery;
  • Handle complicated and problematic cases;
  • Manage and lead a professional team, share knowledge, provide training and identify development plan for the staff;
  • Report important staff and client issues to Head of the Department on a timely fashion;
  • Manage the productivity and utilization of the staff in the team;
  • Work with HR on recruitment activities, performance review and employee relations matters;
  • Attend conferences, seminars and other functions for networking and development purposes;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Degree holder and member of ICSA/HKICS;
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience gained from professional firms and 3 years in managerial role;
  • Prior experience in client servicing environment is essential;
  • Expert in local company regulations and familiar with company regulations of other offshore jurisdictions;
  • Mature, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and outstanding presentation skills;
  • Service-driven, able to communicate with clients at all levels;
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, skilled in planning and management reporting;
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred
