Job Description


  • Develop, adapt and implement all training programs and materials to equip the frontline team with necessary knowledge and skillsets to achieve service-driven objectives
  • Devise tailored training strategy to elevate frontline team customer service mindset and leadership training with new innovative ideas
  • Work closely with Regional Education team to deliver the service KPI and local implementation
  • Collaborate with marketing and retail experience team to design and implement customer experience journey for customer acquisition and retention



  • University graduate in Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 6-8 years’ relevant training and development experience in beauty industry
  • Solid coaching, training, leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skill is a must
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Passionate and positive customer service mindset
