Job Description


  • Supervises and directs subordinates of building maintenance teams to execute the activities of projects, repair and maintenance
  • Conducts regular inspections of physical and operation elements of the venue’s building maintenance system, assess conditions and anticipate requirements for upgrades, repairs, retrofitting
  • Assists the Senior Manager – Facilities Planning & Operations to develop annual capital expenditure and repair/maintenance budgets to include projects for consideration in the upcoming fiscal year including major repair, replacement and retrofitting
  • Develops and maintains policies and procedures for the service design, delivery and support of building maintenance infrastructure and systems
  • Performs good vendor management and carry out procurement exercise
  • Performs good user management for those assigned tasks. Performs situational leadership management tasks for the team
  • Keeps the Centre up-to-date with suitable technologies and processes
  • Plans, reviews and maintains CAPEX, repair and maintenance plans, monitors the preventive maintenance activities and upgrading works
  • Prepares budget for the work orders and assists in the OPEX and CAPEX budget preparation
  • Acts green by incorporating energy-saving and environmental-friendly measures into daily work and support the Centre’s corporate social responsibility activities


  • Degree holder or above in Architecture, Building Studies, Building Surveying or Civil Engineering, or accredited as a Registered Professional Engineer of relevant discipline
  • Minimum 8 years’ working experience in related fields with at least 2 years’ experience in managerial position and practical knowledge in project management or operation management
  • Presentable, well-organized, self-motivated,good problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and on multiple projects
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, with reasonable speaking ability in Putonghua
  • Typhoon duty is required
