Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To develop group branding and communications strategies and effective branding and marketing campaigns   
  • To generate ideas and collect market information, responsible for projects planning and implementation, quality control, as well as responses and results monitoring.
  • To coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies to develop   through-the-line marketing and communications materials, including branding and corporate video, corporate materials and premiums, advertorials, webinars, digital marketing content and so on.
  • Assist in digital marketing planning and management, including social media content planning, monitor SEO/SEM results and planning, revamping of group websites and management of multi-digital platforms.
  • To support and organize corporate and CSR events, to prepare publicity plan and prepare event related production items, rundown and logistics arrangement, guest relations and on-site event management where applicable.
  • Work closely with leadership and marketing teams of other group members to organize major brand building marketing campaigns and group events.
  • To follow up with media, internal and external partners for collaboration opportunities.
  • Prepare marketing budget and monitor expenses

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder in communications, business administration, or marketing preferred.
  • Over 8 years of professional corporate communications, branding and marketing work experience, agency background is welcome, advantageous to have solid experience in new product launch or/and working in set up environment
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English is a must.
  • Good team player with exceptional interpersonal and project management skills, and passionate in the education industry and marketing.
  • Able towork well in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace; mature and flexible, with creative ideas as well as entrepreneurial mind-set and can-do attitude.
