Manager - Insurance Training (Agency Channel Development and Recruitment)

Company Description

Our client, a reputable insurance company in Hong Kong is looking for insurance training experts to lead and drive their insurance training program. Individuals with solid training experience in life insurance, interested to develop career in insurance industry are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • To lead a team of training members and design training program
  • To identify training needs, review and develop quality training program.
  • To drive training strategy program and deliver training courses to agency channel
  • To deliver agency leadership training and recruiting strategies.
  • To manage and review training reports.
  • To implement and deliver insurance sales awareness to distribution forces
  • To participate in agency platform and digitalization projects.


  • Degree or equivalent in insurance or business related discipline
  • At least 8 years of experience in training delivery for financial services, with insurance training experience have added advantages.
  • LOMA, CFP have added advantages
  • IIQE 1,2 prefered.
  • Strong communication skills and problem solving skills.
  • Fluent communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
