Job Description

A well established insurance firm is looking to improve internal processes and conduct large scale change.

Your new company
My client is a renowned and award winning organization with an established presence in Hong Kong. They are a major player in all aspects of financial services. Currently in an innovative stage within their business transformation office and are seeking an experience Insurance Process Improvement Manager.

Your new role
You will be responsible to implement projects that are focused on process improvement, operational efficacy, and product distribution. There projects will need to be compliant to the organizations strict regulations. You will also be at the forefront of providing project expertise to multiple internal stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

  • To success in this role you will need several year project management experience with a life insurance provider or within the banking sector.
  • Come from a senior business analyst or assistant project manager background
  • Experience working on process improvement or change based projects.
  • The ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and experience with end to end project delivery
  • A six sigma or a PMP qualification would be an asset
