Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

The Manager of Loyalty Marketing is to assist team leader developing the loyalty program of Resorts World at Sea, by understanding the competitive rewards environment, bringing to RWAS the best practices of the industry and in support of BD/MMS/Membership Club, creating a number of strategies, programs and initiatives that will deliver the strategy direction and revenue goals set by management.


Responsibilities include

  • Profitably modify patron behavior and generate measurable results
  • Monitor and review changes to competitive programs and propose changes to the CRM program structure and reinvestment percentages by card tier as needed
  • Develop advanced Customer Relationship Management strategies and their partial application in the business to improve results and increase customer engagement with our programs and their membership in RWAS loyalty program
  • Involving the current and future development of RWAS membership IT system, as to improve and ensure the efficiency and effectives of the tool across the fleets for CRM
  • Planning and enhancing the streamline communication between gaming patrons and operation teams, including internal or external communication materials
  • Work closely with operation and front line of BD/MSS to understand the “Mass and Premium Mass Customers” needs/wants in developing upstream club amenities


  • University Graduate in business, tourism, hospitality and/or sales management.
  • At least 4 years of experience (with minimum 2 years of managerial level) in the Hospitality / Gaming Marketing Industry
  • Experience and relevant gaming loyalty club experience is an advantage
  • Able to travel to both domestic and international locations whenever is needed
  • Strong communication skill on spoken and written, in English and Chinese
  • Good leadership, team player and positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Be able to work-off hours as required by the needs of the business
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking in English and Chinese.
