Job Description

Our client, a leading bank, is looking for Manager to supervise their operational risk team to cope with the bank's expansion.

 

Job Description:

  • Supervise the Operational Risk Monitoring and Reporting Team and be a team member of Operational Risk Management Department
  • Devise measures and tools for monitoring the operational risk
  • Conduct independent review of operational risk incidents and related information as well as the review of insurance coverage
  • Conduct review of the risk profile of the Bank Group
  • Prepare risk reports to Senior Management
  • Maintain operational risk related database
  • Lead projects in relation to operational risk management
  • Provide support to any initiatives in relation to operational risk management enhancement

 

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years’ practical experience in operational risk management or internal/external audit of which at least 3 years at supervisory level; preferably in the banking industry
  • Familiar with regulatory requirements and risk reporting
  • Excellent understanding of Credit, Market and Operational Risk
  • Strong supervisory/communication/presentationskills and a good team player
  • Independent and able to work under pressure with positive working attitude
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua  a plus 

 

Languages
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
