Manager, Retail Management


Job Function/Purpose

This position will provide guidance and manage franchisee store operation across ESEA markets including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand and southeast markets  – this is a boarder responsibilities including franchises store operation control, shop construction/VM/in-store display, training and VM manual preparation, etc. He/she will assist GM together with distributor/ franchisee to gradually establish standard and protocol for Own brand retail operation. The position will directly impact critically on the business performance in sales and profit.  


Primary Responsibilities/Accountability

  • Experience of retail operations for the Company products
  • Manage stores image, VM and operational related executions
  • Supervise distributors/franchisees retail operation and VM teams
  • Work/manage top management of the Distributor and their retail operations
  • Written of SOP for VM
  • Work closely with customers buying team on OTB planning for Champion buy plan and perform retail pricing and margin analysis
  • Establish retail stores KPI for (franchisee) stores and provide retail reports, monthly P&L summary as well as any other reporting as required by management
  • Provide update retail markets dynamic and analysis across ESEA markets

  • Company’s Asia and US retail team
  • Company’s Global Supply Chain network  
  • Company’s backend functional teams Accounting, Finance, IT, HR/Admin



  • Distributors and franchisees retail operation team


Experience/Skills/Education Requirements


Minimum Qualifications

  • Education/Degrees: Bachelor Degree of Marketing or with related experience
  • Special Skills: Multi-tasking, Decision making, Interpersonal & Communication, demonstrate ability to do basic research and apply standard analytical skill
  • Language: Fluent Chinese/Mandarin and English
  • Years of experience:  6+ years relevant experience, preferably with regional experience and know China market well 


Required Skills/Knowledge

  • Work experience as brand principle role on retail store development and in-depth knowledge of retail industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a highly-matrix business environment with people from diversified background and at all levels
  • Planning and Organization, and can work independently
  • Business analytical skill
  • Computer literate in SAP, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
