  • Oversee and execute all sales incentive programmes and events (including sales conventions) for all partnership sales channels
  • Be the project leader of various sales and marketing related projects, including but not limited to Bancassurance overseas convention and business events.

Job responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of all sales incentive programmes, major events and projects including Bancassurance Overseas Convention and business events to drive sales momentum.
  • Provide support and assist major projects such as Annual Bancassurance Awards Night and ad-hoc sales/customer events.
  • Effective communications with internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure success roll out of sales incentive programmes and events.
  • Budget Planning & Control for Sales Incentive Programmes, Events and Projects. Monitor the budget planning and process to ensure adherence to the company guidelines

Job requirements:

  • University graduate, preferably in business related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in the marketing and/or event management related fields, preferably in insurance / banking / financial services sector.
  • Experience in planning and execution of sales incentive programme is a definite advantage
  • Knowledge of insurance / financial products
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Independent and good problem solving skills
  • MS Office PC skills; Fluency in English & Chinese
