Job Description

The Role:

The successful candidate will be part of a successful division and lead a motivated sales team. This role will be ideal for candidates who likes to be in an autonomous role, and is a star in maintaining and building relationships.

Reports to: General Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales promotion planning to achieve sales target and ensure sales achievement for the brand.  Identify the business challenges, potential of development and competitive marketplace in Hong Kong & Macau
  • Responsible for overall brand operations, enhance brand image and driving new distribution channels
  • Set budgets and delivering full top lines sales growth as well as bottom line profitability of the business
  • Responsible for all key management decisions on operations and brand marketing ensuring compliance with brand guidelines
  • Orchestrate and manage products launches, activities with Marketing Department and manage trade activities and sales promotion in order to achieve targets.
  • Lead and manage business and marketing analytics.  Explore and communicate industry-trends, client insight and competitive shifts.  
  • Build ownership and commitment among team members, equipped performing organization and people development plan
  • Develop strong teamwork through effective communication across departments

Job Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in Business Management is highly preferred
  • More than 3 years’ managerial experience with track record in sales development. With experience in professional hair/skincare or beauty industry is highly preferred
  • Strategic business mindset with strong entrepreneurship and negotiation skills
  • Ability to take the lead in its implementation
  • Proven track record to achieve high levels of performance through teams, set clear objectives and guides and motivates team members to succeed
  • Fluent in spoken & written Chinese and English
