We are partnering with a large and prestigious banking organisation and they are the market leader in their industry. As they are going through some exciting transformation, they are looking for a Manager, Talent Management to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
This position reports into the Head of Learning and Talent. You will play an integral role in delivering the HR Learning and Talent programmes and will provide analytical and research support on key talent projects and HR metrics. Your focus will be around leading and implementing these initiatives including succession planning, talent review, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, recognition programme and so on. As a Learning and Talent Specialist, you will provide direction and support on HR projects and link projects and programmes across business units, lead analysis, research and documentation on HR metrics, annual cycle processes and general demographic data, cultivate relationship with key stakeholders and prepare summary presentations.
