Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a technical team and monitor maintenance contractors concerning the operation, repair & maintenance of all building facilities / systems in the property portfolio
  • Plan, implement, monitor and review building facilities’ upgrading and improvement projects
  • Manage budget control of repair and maintenance works, long term building asset repairing / replacement planning and capital expenditure projects etc.
  • Manage and review tenders / contract documents for contract-out works and conduct relevant analysis
  • Identify potential risks of all building facilities and propose relevant improvement plans for the risks / technical problems
  • Lead, train and supervise technical staff in the team, motivate them for continuous improvement and service excellence

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
  • Holder of RPE / MHKIE / MCIBSE or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Minimum 12 years’ relevant experience in property maintenance and management, with at least 8 years at managerial level in leading property management company
  • Solid experience in Building Services / Electrical / Building operations, repair, and maintenance of commercial and residential buildings is a must
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with MS applications and AutoCAD drawings. Experience with BEAM+ Certification, Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Energy Management System (EMS) is added advantage.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
