Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead the admin team to perform the daily administrative activities for medical insurance in accordance with the SLAs, policy provisions and company guidelines
  • Monitor the staffs to handle the daily tasks and payments in an efficient and effective manner with high accuracy
  • Handle the related inquiries and complaints from teammates (e.g. payment and document status, etc.)
  • Manage team resources, enhance staff competencies and develop their potentials through training and regular coaching
  • Provide active feedback and recommendations to management for continuous services improvement
  • Assist to work on the process flow and take implementation for those agreed actions on new business processes and work process improvements
  • Provide support on the general office administration and other teammates 

 Education & Experience

  • Associate Degree or above in business management
  • At least 3 years’ of relevant experience in supervisory level 
  • Strong analytical, numeracy and literacy skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office especially in Excel
  • Excellent communication skill and strong partnership ability with all stakeholders
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Manager/Supervisor
