Job Description

The Manager, Sales Operation builds positive relationships and excellent customer service between Canada Goose and its customers. Oversees all aspects (through people, processes and technology) of sales order entry, monitoring of back orders, sales order and customer related inquiries, processing of return authorizations.  Works cross departmentally to ensure an effective an efficient operation.  This position contributes to corporate objectives by ensuring customer orders are shipped in accordance with financial plans.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Sales & Operations team to ensure all sales orders are properly authorized, accurate and entered into the company business systems in a timely manner (D365)
  • Manage order book by working with WAS, Planning, Sales, and Sales Ops teams to ensure maximum order fulfillment;on time delivery; meet monthly sales targets; monitor credit holds; identify potential issues and create solutions
  • Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, assisting in developing solutions, and ensuring proper escalation of issues
  • Maintain and updates all documentation of processes and procedures relating to Customer Service
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure account needs are met
  • Perform Wholesale project work/other duties as required
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting on KPI’s, open requests, compliance issues, customer routing guide changes, ordering, customer issues, EDI releases, etc.
  • Coordinate the preparation, analysis and presentation of weekly sales reports
  • Ensure that customer master data, Sales Rep contact lists, and new account setups are complete and/or updated

 

Experience, Education and Designations:

  • Bachelor degree in Business related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years’ account management experience in luxury retail industry is preferred
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and oral
  • Experience working within an ERP system environment will be an advantage
  • CRM experience required
  • Ability to effectively present to groups and engage all levels of the organization

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the premium retail landscape.
  • Analytical skills combined with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

 

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment
  • Up to 5% business travel required.
