Job Description

Provide administrative and marketing support for restaurants of the group.  

Marketing & PR Work

  • Assist Managing Director to conduct strategic planning and implementation of marketing and public relation activities for the group
  • Liaise with restaurants managers and chefs on festive menus or special menus
  • Coordinate with media and promotion partners on joint promotions/ events and / or special menus etc.
  • Prepare English and Chinese press releases
  • Maintain media relation with major English and Chinese print and online media and also food bloggers etc.
  • Content updates on restaurants’ social media accounts (FB / IG), answer inbox messages on fb and enquiry by email
  • Arrange eDM mailing to data base
  • Prepare designs and productions of posters/ special menus and other marketing materials with graphic designer for restaurants
  • Arrange photos shooting for media or internal use when required
  • Prepare marketing plan and reports when required
  • Ad hoc events & tasks

 Administrative Work

  • Provide administrative support for Managing Director
  • Arrange Managing Director’s appointments and schedules
  • Provide administration support for restaurants such as Insurance renewal, food & liquor license application and renewal, utilities applications and payment etc.
  • Prepare and follow up crib list for Managing Director
  • Prepare minutes and agenda of Operation Meeting for restaurants managers to follow up
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks
  • Diploma in Marketing / Advertising/ Communications or related disciplines
  • With 2-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in Ms Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing 
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English 
  • Self-motivated, creative, positive, well-organized and detail-minded with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • A good team player
