Job Description

About the Project  

The Ear Up Record Label Creation and Incubation Program is an innovative youth arts scheme aimed at raising the quality of local music creation and advocate marketing as an empowering tool for the sustainable development of the local music industry. Local music talents will be recruited and equipped with training through mentorship and lessons. Topics be explored include live performance, indie label / music SME establishment, operation and marketing strategies. Throughout the program, we will create local and overseas platforms and foster cultural exchanges among the cross-strait four regions and the industries.

By pooling together the talents of the industry as well as the other creative industries, we hope to magnify the development of the indie label / music SME, enhance their standard to international levels, introducing them to the overseas market and further advance the development of the local music industry.

  • 為計劃的活動、演出宣傳。
  • 舉辦國際論壇、音樂大講堂。
  • 網站内容撰寫和更新
  • 監督和與音樂會監製,製作計劃展演、大型的本地音樂節演出。
  • 向參加歌手和活動的參與者發放問卷和收集意見
  • 預備項目的完成報告和財務報表等

Marketing Assistant (6 months)

Duties:

  • Develop marketing project plans for international music forum and music festival.
  • Responsible for day-to-day development and coordination with cross-functional internal teams, external teams, and vendors from initiation to execution and retrospective.
  • Development and implementation of digital, print, and environmental projects within all marketing initiatives.
  • Day of event management and involvement.

 (Please note that the Marketing Assistant Post is required only from around early of July 2019 to end of Dec 2019)

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree graduates
  • 1-2 marketing/event/concert experiences, fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Music lovers, and previous experiences in organizing concerts or music activities is an advantage.
