Marketing Assistant (Events & Administration)

 

Responsibilities:

For Executive Role

  • Assistant to the Department Head
  • Co-ordinate media and marketing projects 
  • Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
  • Maintain filing system and prepare meeting minutes and reports
  • Co-ordinate with designers for promotional materials

Requirements: 

  • University graduate with 2 years or above administrative and marketing experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to handle weekly seminar/talks independently
