Job Description

Job Responsibilities  

  • Prepare quotation, tender, proposal and file relevant documents
  • Coordinate with customers such as government departments, property management companies and other parties
  • Prepare regular monthly reports
  • Assist in contract administration and budget planning
  • attend meetings with client in person on a regular basis
  • Participate in any ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Diploma holder in Sales & Marketing, Management or related disciplines
  • A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proactive, detail-minded and able to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Good command of computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Sensitive to numbers and with high level of accuracy
  • Immediate available preferred 
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
