Our client is known as a leading beauty and medical aesthetics group, offering customers with a wide range of medical aesthetics technology and skincare products. They are now looking for a Marketing Director, which is a newly-created role for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross teams and partnering with Managing Director and internal key stakeholders to interpret consumer behavior, market data and converting insights to brand communication strategy
• Manage brand assets & content to drive brand campaigns awareness in Hong Kong
• Review business priorities, develop pioneering and practical solutions to business problems proactively
• Lead and manage the team to create data-driven marketing strategies including media strategy, consumer journey design, performance review and optimization plan etc.
• Generate customer insights and identify business opportunities to enhance the experience across the customer life cycle
• Present the analytic findings to Managing Director and formulating action plans on brand communication strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing / Business administration or related disciplines
• At least 10 years' marketing experience in FMCG/ Medical Beauty industry
• Proven track record of leading successful brand building activities, strategies and plan including social media, CRM, search and media planning
• Innovative, dynamic with strong presentation, influencing and project management skills
• Strong business acumen, highly analytical and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese
