- Assist in handling marketing plan and activities for brand development.
- Develop marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Explore and identify joint promotion opportunities.
- Organize and execute corporate events including CSR activity.
- maintain Group website, Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage and monitor mystery shopper program.
- Deliver professional customer service in customer enquiries and complaints.
- Assist in ad hoc marketing projects as assigned.
• Diploma /Degree holder in Communications/ Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years marketing and customer-relations experience, preferably in hospitality industry
• Good command of written and spoken both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
• Immediately available is preferred
