Our client, is a world-class international trade fairs organization in Hong Kong, is now inviting high caliber persons to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Support the online posting of video and audio content via (Content Management System) and other social media platforms, including YouTube and Youku.
• Assist to upload and update multimedia content.
• To coordinate on logistical arrangements and to provide onsite support for all kinds of fair events including opening ceremonies, gala evenings, networking cocktails, conferences, seminars and design competitions or awards etc.
• Communicate with internal department and external parties on project administration, planning schedules and logistic following up.
• Schedule meeting and provide daily operation flow.
• Assist Budget planning to Finance Department; Translations work and assist editing the content & Prepare monthly expenses consumption reports.

Requirements:

• University degree in marketing communication, journalism, digital marketing or other relevant disciplines.
• Working experience with an agency, production house or media outlet an advantage (Fresh University Graduate will be consider).
• Good communication and editorial skills with good command of English and Chinese and Mandarin.
• Relevant experience with production including planning for TV, radio and online multimedia an advantage.
• Knowledge of social media, including channels used on the Chinese mainland an advantage.
