Job Description

Our Hong Kong marketing team is inviting an experienced & talented marketing professional from FMCG industry to manage 4 premium brands at BNC Team - BIOSTIME, DODIE, GOOD GOUT AND HEALTHY TIMES.  This role will work closely with our regional marketing team to drive impactful marketing campaigns across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to MD/GM and manage a small team.
  • Develop marketing strategies in line with business and marketing objectives to ensure maximising key sales events and identifying opportunities to work collaboratively to drive sales and exposure of product brands.
  • Lead the team for the execution of approved plans, including new product launches, ATL and BTL communications activity
  • Manage creative, effective, and social media agencies, ensuring all projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget.
  • Lead and manage the production and execution of agreed ATL/BTL campaigns as required, including TV, OTV, Outdoor, Print, Digital campaigns and other platforms as relevant.
  • Effectively lead and manage direct reports - ensuring KPIs and Development Goals are set and reviewed regularly, provide continuous feedback and provide coaching and counselling as necessary
  • Work with the team to create Marketing ROI documents/proposals and complete post-campaign analysis and reporting
  • Manage the communication of timely and relevant information with key stakeholders, importantly sales teams, including promotional / campaign details, key events and NPD launch plans
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects and tasks as required     

 

Education & Knowledge:

  • University Graduate with at least 6-8 years marketing experience in multinational FMCG environment - ideally diary products,  baby foods, health products, nutrition products etc
  • End-to-end ATL/BTL marketing campaign experience across TV, radio, digital and print
  • Project management experience managing end-to-end delivery of new products to market
  • Understanding of Hong Kong media landscape with experience negotiating and purchasing mass media
  • High level knowledge of Hong Kong marketing channels and media buying strategy including television, OTV, print, outdoor, social media, SEO/SEM and mobile

  • Creative thinker with ability to develop strategic plans
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with budget management
  • Sophisticated leadership, communication, & interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills with ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with head office, internal departments, external agencies, suppliers and business partners
  • High degree of personal integrity and strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, team based environment

  • Good command of English, Cantonese/Mandarin
