Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in planning, creating, execution & performance analysis of the marketing campaigns, including liaison with Wallem functions, coordination with design team, and use of marketing automation tools, social media, etc.
  • Support with events planning & execution, including trade shows, customer events, internal events, etc.
  • Collaborate with Wallem functional teams to work on marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, video content, website updates, etc.
  • Work closely with Wallem offices located worldwide to support rebranding process.
  • Responsible for the Website maintenance, including coordination of the changes with the web agency, content update.
  • Providing input for the Wallem customer magazine, including ideas for the content & graphics, copywriting, etc.
  • Collaborate with the vendors regarding the production and distribution of print materials, Wallem magazine, give-aways; organizing photoshoots, etc.
  • Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects as required.
  • Perform general admin tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in marketing or business-related field is advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in multinational companies.
  • Relevant maritime industry experience is preferred.
  • Will be creative, energetic and determined team player with attention to details & ability to multi-task.
  • Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
