Job Description

A reputable bank is now hiring for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their expanding APAC marketing team.

The role will be a diverse role with on going projects in Digital Marketing, Events management and regional campaigns execution for the APAC region.

Strong Marketers from Intergrated Marketing agencies background who has served Financial Services clientele is a good fit, prior Banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Marketing Strategy and key business sponsors to execute marketing projects to a consistently high standard
  • Implement and manage the marketing plan for bespoke business areas
  • Work with design agencies and internal partners, to develop multi-channel promotions and campaigns within budget and on time
  • Manage logistics for 3rd party conferences in close collaboration with Event Marketing Execution team
  • Work collaboratively with partners in internal communications, group branding, corporate communications, Group Marketing and external agency partners
  • Manage social media campaign strategy - content management and execution

Requirements:

  • In-depth experience in financial services marketing, preferably at an investment bank or at a marketing agency servicing the banking sector
  • Integrated digital marketing and social media experience including WeChat
  • Project management experience, including measuring and monitoring results
  • A focus on campaign management and strong digital marketing capabilities
  • Ability to understand and simplify information to create clear, compelling communication
  • Skilled at developing strong relationships with others
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • An independent thinker, yet an accountable, collaborative team player
  • A self-starter with sound judgment regarding effective marketing and communication strategies (but you know when to seek guidance)
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, frequently changing time frames and short deadlines
