Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in driving the business to achieve sales targets by means of creative marketing, new product development and related centre operations activities. With their continued business expansion, they are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

Our client is belongs to one of the major education holdings limited companies in Hong Kong. It is a reputable and well-recognised education centre which represents a new way to nurture our next generations. At this company, they develop training courses such as learning Chinese, English and Mathematics fun and memorable. Their learning centres spreading across the territories: (HK Island): North Point, Mid-level; (Kowloon): Hung Hom, West Kowloon, Lai Chi Kok & Lam Tin; (NT): Ma On Shan, Fo Tan, Tseung Kwan O & Yuen Long.

Description

  • Develop annual marketing plans to boost brand awareness as well as to achieve the set business goal via effective marketing mix including media, social, event, PR & all relevant channels

  • Manage competitors analysis, market research and market intelligence collection

  • Develop and implement CRM program / events for customer recruitment and retention

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationship with vendors, media etc

  • Track, measure and fine-tune marketing strategies

  • Coordinate internally with other BUs on co-branded marketing

Profile

  • Degree holder, preferably in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Media or other business related disciplines;

  • 6-8 years of relevant marketing experience, which with at least 3 years of experience in supervisory level

  • Experience in organizing marketing events, content marketing and digital media is a definite advantage

  • Prior exposure in education / magazine publication industry is a plus

  • Energetic, creative with strong sense of responsibility and capable of roll-out marketing projects and strategy development independently

  • Strong relationship with media and business partners, hands-on team leader

  • Good time management and budget control and provide high quality deliverable

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position
