Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute marketing programs to improve the customer experience and drive the sales of premium travel packaged products
  • Take the ownership of sales revenue and new customer acquisition by developing, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns. Develop and work with internal and external partners to attract new customers and drive traffic and engagements across various media platforms
  • Design and execute marketing programs including liaising with internal departments on logistic arrangements, website management, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing and e-marketing campaign management
  • Work with the product team to determine the product development directions of premium travel package products. Create value proposition for those travel products appealing to different customer segments
  • Design the service specifications and work with frontlines to develop the customer experience and lifetime cycle of selling the premium travel package products
  • Keep track of marketing program performances and initiate corrective actions to maximize the sales performance

People Specification

  • Degree Holder in Marketing or Business Management or related disciplines
  • 8 years of solid experience in Marketing in travel, telecom, banking or insurance
  • Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Be able to work under pressure with tight timeline and multi-tasking capability
  • Well-presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
