- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in shopping mall promotions or retail or PR agencies
- Responsible for organizing and implementing promotional and public relation activities in shopping mall
- Strong relationship and connection with media
- Familiar with PC software e.g. MS word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
- Willing to work weekends or public holidays is required
- Proven English and Chinese proficiency
- Assist in planning, organizing and launching marketing activities, advertising and public relation events in shopping malls
- Liaise with tenants or three-parties on collaboration, events and offers support
- Assist in supporting and promoting loyalty programs
- Assist in updating App
- Work closely with the internal departments and agencies on the content development and logistic execution
- Conduct evaluation for the program effectiveness
