Job Description
We are now looking for a talented Marketing & Promotions Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Marketing & Promotions Manager of Cityplaza, the incumbent will support the operation of Cityplaza’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programme. Job duties include handling the daily operation, assisting the data analysis as well as system enhancement and maintenance of CRM programme. He / she also needs to execute the communications across different channels.
Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be:
- Degree in Marketing or business-related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years' experience in CRM, customer related analytic projects, loyalty marketing etc., preferably with previous exposure in shopping malls/retail
- Hands-on experience in CRM programme development, operation, system enhancement and maintenance, data analysis and customer segmentation from retail industry
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
