Requirements
- 3-5 years experience working in small teams of engineers/designers/project managers
- Excited to work with team collaborators all over the world
- Extremely proficient in 3D CAD and 2D drawing (Solidworks preferred)
- Wide knowledge of basic engineering materials(plastics, metals, rubbers) and materials selection process
- Experience designing parts for injection molding, die casting, compression molding and stamping.
- Experience working directly with factories in China (from the first engagement to exfactory)
- Proactive problem solving, including root cause analysis and DOE creation
- Ability to work in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Must be able to take 1-2 day trips/week to China if a program requires
- Flexible working environment & time, but able to attend conference calls with US team 2 times per week during day/evening hours

- Experience working in a startup environment or US based teams
- Excited to work on very diverse projects in a wide range of manufacturing processes
- Basic DFM, GD&T knowledge, tolerance analysis, experience creating and releasing 2D drawings
