Job Description

The selected talent has to develop member acquisition & engagement strategy, formulate execution plan, develop online campaign activities which are creative and innovative to engage member, responsible for development & operation of all e-commerce/web redemption activities, and work closely with Program Manager to ensure growth of membership redemption & member activities.



  • To develop various channels to ensure high member participation on social medias & application technologies
  • To explore e-commerce and m-commerce business and partnership opportunities for the Loyalty Program
  • To be in charge of all communication contact points with Loyalty memberson Loyalty program 
  • To implement online marketing campaigns to different market segment, including EDM, newsletter, social media, mobile APP to achieve company KPI
  • To establish overall online community strategy, including user acquisition, retention and engagement to achieve community growth and engagement
  • To be in charge of all Marketing communications and to work closely with respective PR agents to achieve Marcom objectives, including press conference events
  • To liaise and work closely with partnership managers to help in the corporate marketing of the loyalty program to prospective business partners
  • To be in charge of all matters pertaining to corporate communication and branding of the loyalty program
  • To work closely with Program Manager to ensure growth of membership redemption and member activities
  • To be in charge of development and operation of all member recruitment and retention strategies and program executions
  • To be in charge of development and operation of all e-commerce/web redemption activities



  • University graduate in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
  • 8-10 years' experience in mobile & online marketing with proven track record, experienced in digital agencies will be an advantage
  • Experienced in development of social media and digital marketing strategies, user experience design, and content development is a plus
  • Creative, independent, proactive, and highly result-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
