Job Description

A world leading sourcing office is looking for a Merchandiser to join their young and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Propose competitive sourcing solutions to buyers.
  • Source most reliable and performing suppliers.
  • Prepare offers and follow up on the offers with buyers till receiving order confirmation.
  • Negotiate price, contract terms and conditions with suppliers.
  • Responsible for complete sales order management until shipment.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on logistics, quality requirements and factory compliance.
  • Manage product presentation, showroom arrangement, samples delivery and storage, and artworks.

Requirements:

  • Post secondary / university graduates
  • 3 - 5years experience in merchandising field
  • Product knowledge in Tabletop, Kitchen gadgets and cookware
  • Previously worked in well known sourcing companies, international trading or buying offices.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Immediately available is preferable.
