- Prepare documents such as invoice, P/L etc.
- Arrange shipment with shipping companies on delivery
- Manage goods return, ATA carnet and payment follow up
- Diploma or above
- At least 1yr administration / logistics / trading company experience
- Good command of English, Mandarin, knowledge of Japanese is an advantage
- Responsible, independent, detail-minded
- Immediate available is highly preferred
