Develop and drive the Merchandising product segmentation and retail profitability and work across categories and brands to ensure optimal product sufficiency
Partner closely with the global design, product teams, sales, brand marketing, retail and regional/partner merchants to drive business from an optimized product merchandising perspective.
Focus on brand vision market-wide and work with regional partners. Creates product strategies and assortments to address DTC, Wholesale, and Emerging Markets business segments
Edit assortments to maximize productivity, ensuring a balance of brand, product and regional priorities
Work closely with product leads to balance assortments across categories; with a clear focus on consumer end use
Work closely with regional/partner merchants throughout the process
Voice in seasonal flow and product priorities
Represent apparel priorities at product briefing decision gates
Ensure consistent brand and category storytelling
Provide well-informed, seasonal category modular assortments to the Regional Merchandising teams
Recommend target wholesale retail price to Product
Drive alignment on global adoption of seasonal strategies
Provide regional analysis that drives consensus and overall strategy
Maintain updated knowledge of key competitor product, distribution and pricing strategies
