Job Description

Excellent opportunity for senior company secretary looking for stability and work life balance.

Your new company
Our client is an investment holding company which engages in property, insurance and trading business. They are currently looking for a named company secretary to join their team.

Your new role

  • You will handle a full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the listed company and its subsidiaries in Hong Kong, PRC and overseas.
  • You will ensure compliance with listing rules requirements and other applicable rules and regulations.
  • You will prepare annual / interim reports, announcements, circulars, board papers and minutes, and organise board and shareholders' meetings.
  • You are also required to participate in ad hoc projects and tasks assigned from time to time

What you'll need to succeed

  • Associate member of HKICS/ ICSA
  • 10 years+ of company secretarial experience gained from listed companies
