Job Description

Successful candidate is expected to perform network and system (mainly network) administration, support and implementation, to ensure the stability and availability of IT infrastructure service.

Description

  • Provide 2nd to 3rd tier IT network support and perform general system administration
  • Participate in IT infrastructure upgrade project
  • Provide training and guideline to operation and desk-side support team
  • Maintain the high availability environment of network and system
  • Deploy application to different platforms and ensure the smooth of the application's operations

Profile

  • Higher diploma holder or above in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 year's experience in network administration / engineering for routing and switching, LAN / WAN focus on CISCO products preferred.
  • With wide-range technical knowledge and experience is an advantage such as Wi-FI, voice over IP, Windows and Linux server administration, etc.
  • Good command in both English and Mandarin
  • CCNA / CCNP holder preferred
  • Able to learn and good team player
