Job Description

General Administration/Corporate Services team opening | Corporate banking | Central | Up to 28K

Your new company
Our client is regional leading corporate bank which their HK branch is located at CBD Central. They are looking for an Officer/Assistant Manager to join their General Administration team, to ensure smooth operation of their 2-level Hong Kong office.

Your new role
Perform full spectrum of office administration including but not limited to:

  • All premises' related matters e.g. facilities management, vendor management, procurement etc
  • Oversees various office Systems including procurement, security, printing, filing etc
  • Maintain filing system and perform documents/statements reconciliation
  • Prepare regular admin/operations related reports
  • Deputise team manager and back-up team member when necessary

What you'll need to succeed

  • Diploma/ Associate degree or above
  • 5+ years General administration experiences, preferably within financial services industry
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • strong communication skills and coordination skills
  • High flexibility in job scope and working hours
  • Good team player with an approachable personality
