Job Description

A top sizable international law firm is currently looking for an Office Admin & Operations Manager with at least 10 years' relevant experience. Reporting into the Admin & Operations Director, the role will be in charge of the daily operation of the HK office as well as supervising the Admin Team of 20.

Our client is a well-established, sizable top-notch international law firms with 400+ people in Hong Kong. They have strong international presence and very stable working environment with very low turnover rate.


  • Manage and supervise the Office Admin Team including receptionists, admin coordinator, office assistants/ messenger, pantry assistants and cleaners to ensure smooth daily office operation including front office, back office, pantry and open / leisure area.
  • Oversee the maintenance of our Office Premises
  • Deal with office procurement and venders
  • In charge of office renovations and maintenance projects
  • Organize and coordinate office events
  • Any other ad hoc projects as required


  • At least 10 years' experience as an Office or Operations Manager, ideally at an sizable international law firm.
  • Candidates from international banks or professional services industry are also welcome.
  • Experience and ability to lead, manage and supervise the Admin and Secretarial team
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese. Ability to read and write Chinese is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexible and willing to go extra miles
  • Confident personality, ability with perform under pressure and multitask
  • Sound IT skills including Excel and Outlook
