Job Description

My client is a leading trading and investment firm that oversees private and institutional clients across the globe. They are now looking for an office admin to join the team.

Client Details

Started operating since 2010, my client is an online trading and investment specialist who brings services to private and institutional clients across global market. They are now seeking for an office admin to provide administrative support to the team.


The candidate will have below responsibilities:

  • Assist on the day-to-day delivery of office facilities operations
  • Order and maintain stocks of stationery, pantry and office supplies
  • Coordinate office meetings and order food and beverage
  • Liaise with vendors for office maintenance
  • Taking minutes of management meeting and other important biz meetings
  • Provide administrative supports for business operation units
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management


The candidate should have below requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 3 years of experience in handling office administration is highly preferred
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking, reliable and able to work independently
  • Attention to detail and good time management
  • High proficiency in spoken English and Cantonese, including Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office
