  • 跟進公司及老闆名下物業安排;

    協助地產代理員一般文書工作;

    協助報章媒體廣告及處理客戶查詢 (非中介銷售);

    負責寫字樓日常行政及文書工作, 包括文件存檔、資料輸入、複印、編制報告等;

    整理員工出勤報告;

    處理辦公室雜務及外勤事務,包括文件送遞、銀行入賬等。

     

    具物業租售或客戶服務經驗優先考慮

     

    要求學歷 :

     

    中五程度;

     

    擁有物業管理或會計文憑, 或有1年或以上相關經驗者優先;

     

    良好粵語;良好英語;懂讀寫中英文;懂基本Microsoft Office;

     

    懂中英文打字;

     

    具有基本電腦操作知識;

     

    上班時間 : 北角區工作,有薪年假, 酌情性雙糧及/或花紅, 晉升機會及其他津貼/福利, 每週工作5.5天, 星期一至五: 上午10時至下午7時及星期六: 上午10時至下午2時, 每天工作9小時, 薪金面議
