Job Description

Job Descriptions:

Assist day-to-day office operations, management of documents and secretarial tasks

Management of Company personnel files, labor contracts and attendance records;

Daily routine works, including: invoicing and receipts, handling bank and basic finance operations, etc.

 

Other tasks assigned by the company

Requirement:

 

Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English

3 years or more relevant work experience, with accounting, human resources or related management professional qualifications preferred 

Courteous hospitality, responsibility, clean and tidy, good communication skills and interpersonal relationships;

 

Hard working, on time, with good attitude, honesty and reliability
