Job Responsibilities

  • Receive phone calls, prepare quotation and work closely with the sales team;
  • Build and maintain good relationship between the sales team, manufacturer and customer;
  • Arrange shipment and delivery of sales orders
  • Assist in marketing activities of related products
  • Support the sales team to provide pre / after sales service related documents
  • Liaise and coordinate closely with internal staff / external parties in daily operations
  • Handle other administrative tasks & ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above; accounting, HR, purchasing experience is an advantage
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in sales support or administration
  • Native Cantonese speaker with conversational level of English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, Excel and powerpoint
  • Proficient in MS office application & Chinese Word Processing
  • A good team player
  • Good communication skills & telephone manner
  • Well- organized, independent with high sense of responsibility
  • Independent, highly self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
