Job Description


  • Provide office administrative work support, not limited to filing, documentation and data entry
  • Perform data input for system management
  • Deliver and collect business documents
  • Refill office supplies such as distilled water, paper, printing supplies, etc
  • Assist in office maintenance
  • Support in any ad-hoc duties


  • Minimum of 3 year of relevant work experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Hard-working, willing to learn and independent personality
  • Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, Power-point)
  • Short notice period or immediately available is preferred
