Job Description
The Firm
 
Our client is a local famous firm in the legal industry. They are currently hiring a polite and hard-working Office Assistant to support their general office operation in Hong Kong.
 
The Opportunity
 
Reporting to the Office Manager of Hong Kong office to provide general office support.
  • Handle clerical work including scanning, photocopying and shredding documents
  • Ad hoc support for company events such as Christmas party or setting up meeting room facilities
  • Perform outdoor work for banks, high court, post office, SFC or other companies for documents delivery 
The Ideal Candidate
 
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
  • At least 1 year related working experience  
  • Good command of Cantonese and basic English
  • Polite, punctual, responsible and hard-working
