Our client is a financial services firm in Central looking for a professional and reliable Office Manager/ HR & Administration Manager to provide general HR support and be in charge of the company's HR strategy planning and execution, also, to handle the daily office operation.
Reporting to the Managing Partner, you will perform a full range of HR functions, e.g. Compensation & Benefits, Budgeting & Control, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management. Also, you need to implement resourceful and consistent solutions which align with the company operation strategy and business goals. You will be in charge of formulating, drafting, implementing and updating the HR policies and regulations in compliance with the management's direction and local Employment Ordinance, moreover, you may need to plan and execute different ad-hoc HR projects. Last but not least, you will organize various events for team building and handle the general office administration,e.g. office supplies procurement and facilities maintenance.
