Job Description

An Office Manager job focusing in multiple corporate services and HR tasks. HKD 20 - 40K/month

Your new role
As a key member of the team,

  • Secretarial support, including travel arrangement to senior executives
  • Office administration and management
  • Human Resources duties, including recruitment coordination
  • Maintain Annual Leaves record on system
  • Ad hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant office admin / HR experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Able to work confidently with foreigners
  • Experience in human resources will be a big bonus
