Read and analyse incoming messages, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution to the management teams. And to prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including calls,faxes and emails.
Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
Perform general duties to the office of the federation and assist the management for travel bookings/arrangements
Prepare agendas and make arrangements for the federation's committee, board, and other meetings.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for consideration and presentation by the director. Attend meetings in order to record minutes.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing,spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
Good in both English/Chinese writing and speaking
Understanding formal written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
