Office Services Executive (Up to 45K)
Our client is a leading international law firm seeking an HR and secretarial management professional to support their daily business operations.
The role will be reporting to the Office Services Manager and will mainly focus on HR and secretarial management administration. You will need to organize the induction programmes, assist in reviewing performance and evaluate training outcome for new secretarial staff. You will also help to conduct performance appraisal with secretaries and liaise with the Office Services Manager.
Also, you help to allocate the secretarial work to secretaries in Hong Kong and regional offices - arranging and reviewing their day and night shift duties to make sure adequate support is provided to the Management. Assisting in the recruitment process for new secretaries, involving Practice Managers at relevant stages is needed too.
