Job Description


  • Handle customers’ enquiries / feedback via various communications channels, including hotline, email and social media platform, etc.
  • To reply customers’ feedback by phone or mails
  • Coordinate with relevant internal business units, like operations team to resolve complaint cases or others enquires
  • Prepare reports of any concerned cases or complaint cases for management review
  • Maintain the up-to-date record in CRM system


  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • 3 years of CS experience 
  • Experience in F&B industry is an advantage
  • Solid experience in customer complaint handling
  • Proactive, good team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in all level of staff
  • Positive attitude, customer and detail oriented, able to handle multitasks under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese.
